Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Maintenance Specialist to join our fast-growing team at OneEarth Solar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar or electrical services and the ability to manage field teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar panel systems Visit client locations for scheduled service and support Coordinate with and manage on-site labor teams Ensure timely and efficient service delivery Maintain safety standards and site protocols Requirements: Diploma / ITI / Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in solar or electrical services Good communication skills will be given preference Strong leadership skills to manage manpower and field operations Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and travel to client sites Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month (based on skills & experience) Growth: Rapid career growth opportunities in a high-demand sector If you're ready to be part of a clean energy revolution, send your resume to jay@oneearthsolar.in or contact us at +91 97655 46125.,
