Key Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield estimations. Optimize solar project efficiency, analyzing data for improvements and innovations. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to drive seamless execution. Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis for projects. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and policy changes. Provide guidance on sustainability strategies and renewable energy best practice Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in solar project development, engineering, and operations. Strong knowledge of PV systems, grid integration, and energy storage solutions. Proficiency in solar software tools (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, HOMER). Solid understanding of regulatory policies, permitting processes, and compliance standards. Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
