1. Developing and Delivering Training:

• Curriculum Development: Creating comprehensive training programs tailored to different levels of experience and specific needs.   
• Training Material Creation: Developing diverse learning resources like presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and e-learning modules.   
• Conducting Training Sessions: Facilitating both in-person and online training sessions, leveraging various teaching methodologies to engage learners.   
• Customizing Content: Adapting training materials and delivery to meet the specific requirements of different audiences and project needs.   

2. Assessing Trainee Progress:

• Evaluating Performance: Conducting assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to gauge trainees' understanding and skills.
