• Urgent Opening for Software Testing  Trainer for Thane Location
  
  
  Position : Software Testing Trainer 

• Experience: 6month -3 years.
  
  Notice Period: 15 days.
  
  Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Technical and Final, face-to-face)
  
  Location: Thane
  
  Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday will be working).
  
  Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

  Skills required.
  
  

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual testing, automation testing, and various testing techniques.   
  • Experience with different testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, ALM).   
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and effectively train participants.   
  • Ability to create and maintain training documentation, including course materials, schedules, and assessments.   
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in training programs.   
  • Prior experience in training or teaching, especially in technical fields, is often preferred
    
    
  Automation Testing Trainer: Expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks, scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python), and experience with automation testing methodologies.
  
  Manual Testing Trainer: Strong understanding of manual testing processes, techniques, and tools, as well as experience in identifying and reporting defects.
