As a talented software testing analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing complex business logics. Your role will involve working closely with software designers and program managers to gain insights into each product's intended functionality, key features, and target users. Key responsibilities include analyzing and comprehending project requirements, business logic, and end user deliverables outlined in the Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) provided for the project. You should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively contribute to the testing process. Additionally, excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills are essential for successful cooperation with cross-functional teams. Your expertise should extend to developing comprehensive Test Scenarios, Test Plans, and Test Cases to ensure thorough testing coverage. Proficiency in utilizing defect tracking systems and managing the bug life cycle using automation tools such as Bugzilla, TTP, Mantis, or Issue Tracker is crucial. You must be well-versed in both manual and automated testing, with proficiency in at least one automation tool. Knowledge of automation tools like QTP, Selenium, or Load Runner is advantageous. The interview process for this role will consist of a Technical interview round, followed by a Machine test and an HR interview round.
