Job Description
Position title Software Tester (Web) Job Profile Exposure to SDLC process and STLC. A systematic approach to planning and testing. Write test cases and test plans for the project. Executed test cases/scripts. Perform Regression testing / Functional testing / Unit testing / System testing. Creative skills for testing techniques. Logged defects during the test execution phase. Investigated potential defects and discussed them with developers & making reports for the same. Report progress of software testing in accordance with schedules to Project Manager. Ensures testing standards are met and conducting reviews. Supports the Operational teams. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Client-Server and Web based application environments. Good knowledge in Testing Concepts. Basic knowledge of SQL is required Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Analytical skills and effective problem-solving ability. Knowledge of Test Director or Quality Center is added advantage. Fluency in the English language; written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of SQL is added advantage.
