As a candidate for the position, you will be expected to possess the following key skills: - Understanding system requirements and effectively communicating suggestions. - Creating testcase documents in alignment with the system's requirements and specifications. - Identifying issues of severity, priority, and reproducing bugs. - Reporting bugs and collaborating with the development team accordingly. - Writing automation scripts for regression testing. With 4-5 years of experience, your responsibilities will include: - Creating test case documents based on system requirements and specifications. - Developing test plans for Module, Integration, and Regression testing. - Generating test cases and scenarios. - Executing test cases and assessing results in well-formatted documents. - Compiling defect reports, including severity, priority, and bug reproduction steps, and sharing them with relevant team members. - Drafting suggestions for enhancing the overall quality of applications. - Updating test cases in response to change requests or internal discussions. - Continuously enhancing technical knowledge and skills in accordance with industry standards. - Contributing to the creation of technical documents by collaborating with technical writers. - Contributing to the assessment and implementation of improved testing methodologies. The ideal candidate for this role should have an education background in BCA, MCA, MSc IT, BSc IT, or equivalent experience. Additionally, possessing good communication skills is preferred. You should be capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and exhibiting a keen attention to detail.,
