Test Execution: Perform manual testing of applications, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and report bugs and issues clearly and concisely using issue-tracking tools. Work with the development team to reproduce and resolve defects. Test Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on test processes and suggest improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Participate in team meetings and provide input on testing progress and project status. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual software testing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), and experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla , Mantis ). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and document findings.
