Job Description Install, configure, and upgrade software systems. Set up and test computer systems and peripherals. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues. Debug and repair desktop computers and servers. Perform regular software updates, patches, and upgrades. Ensure antivirus software is operating effectively. Provide technical support to end users, answering questions and resolving issues. Respond to support calls and inquiries. Maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Document errors found while installing software. Conduct software tests to ensure computer devices are running properly. Manage and maintain client computer systems. Perform server restorations and backups. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
