Job Title: Software Team Lead Location: Visakhapatnam Onsite Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Team Lead to oversee a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Guide the team through the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code when needed. Perform code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to define and deliver features. Team Management Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of software engineers. Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure project timelines are met. Project Management Break down complex projects into manageable pieces. Create technical specifications and architectural designs. Ensure documentation is up to date. Track progress and report to senior management or stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers. Help translate business needs into technical solutions. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development. 12+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team. Strong expertise in [insert relevant tech stack e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.]. Strong expertise in ASP dot net technology, MVC frame work and APIs building. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools. Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and people management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
