As an Accounting Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients regarding Accounting Software-related inquiries. Your proactive and attentive approach will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's production progress. Your main responsibilities will include: - Offering support to end users through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and remote assistance for Accounting Software-related queries. - Providing technical assistance on Software, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. - Executing data migration tasks and creating templates when required. - Handling customer problems efficiently and professionally in a timely manner. - Participating in ad-hoc tasks as and when needed. To excel in this role, you must have the following mandatory skills: - Possession of a Diploma or equivalent qualifications in the relevant field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Helpdesk, Onsite, Desktop support, or Accounting/Finance systems is preferred. - Excellent communication skills are a must.
