Hiring Software Support Executives for Jodhpur Based Leading IT Company with Min. 2+ year Experience Job Location - Jodhpur Salary - as per skills, knowledge and experience Description - Desired Candidates should possess the following - 1+ year of Customer Support Experience Proficiency in the following skills: o Experience in basic computer Hardware & Networking knowledge and Microsoft Office (Like :- Word, Excel, & Power Point) o Experience in Accessing client PC through remote access software like TeamViewer, Ammyy, skype, etc. o Able to understand queries and resolve them in quick duration with a positive & confident attitude o Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues o Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams o Talking clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved o Experience of working with bug tracking software like JIRA o Preparing accurate and timely reports o Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products o Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Working knowledge with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Professional attitude Good communication skills A Bachelors Degree,
