We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Handler to join our dynamic team. The Software Handler will be responsible for managing and manipulating software applications, ensuring their smooth operation, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest software developments. Responsibilities: Must-Have (primary skills) Excellent professional English communication (Oral and written) Problem-solving and attitude Attention to details Ability to explore applications Logical thinking Process oriented adhere to and support compliant processes Role and Responsibilities: Troubleshooting using the defined processes and procedures ensuring the client queries are solved Coordination with internal teams to provide a resolution to client queries To perform root cause analysis and provide correct resolution to the clients Interview clients Qualifications: Basic knowledge about any software like Blue Octopus, Digital Gold Software, Quicksell, Acme, Busy. Any Bachelor's degree (Preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field). Proven experience as a Software Handler or in a similar role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle and deployment processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications. Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Certifications in relevant technologies and software platforms are a plus.
