The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and selling tailored software solutions that address business needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research. Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions. Deliver compelling product presentations and software demos to prospects. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to tailor solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in B2B software sales or IT solution selling. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS / Cloud / ERP / Enterprise software sales. Prior experience selling into mid-size or enterprise businesses.
