Job Description
We are looking for a Software Sales Specialist to join our team at Noida. The candidate will be responsible for developing leads, forming relationships with customers, understanding the client requirements, and managing the sales process in a smooth manner.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Identifying/generating new leads by researching prospects and connecting with business partners, business leaders, clients and customers.
2) Forming cordial relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and coordinating with the Presales team for analysing the client requirement.
3) Creating an appropriate sales strategy for presenting the formulated solution to the client and for further negotiation.
4)Managing the post sales process with the target clients, consisting of follow ups, finalisation, development, feedback and closure.
5) Keeping regular contact with existing clients for handling their questions, complaints and inquiries.
6)Keeping up with the product and service information of the concerned software solutions as well as the new demand generation in the market.
7)Responsibly meeting the assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Skills Required:
· 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in AI/Automation/Analytics/Big Data/Cybersecurity
· Good understanding of the software solutions being sold for understanding the client requirements with both technical and business acumen
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
· Quick problem solving and decision making
· Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning environment
Educational Qualifications:
· B.Tech/B.E.
· MBA/MCA/PG Diploma
