Job Description
The role of Software Sales Manager at Qapitol QA involves driving revenue growth in the Hyderabad region by targeting Global Delivery Centers (GDCs), Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and large enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, leading the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, building and nurturing relationships with CXO-level executives, and exceeding revenue targets. Collaboration with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs is crucial. Additionally, attending industry events and conferences to represent Qapitol QA is part of the role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in field sales, particularly in software services/IT solutions sales. A successful track record of selling to GDCs/GCCs and large enterprises in India is essential. Knowledge of QA/testing services, DevOps, or digital transformation services would be advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a well-established network within the Hyderabad enterprise tech ecosystem, are necessary. The ability to work independently, travel within the region, and manage enterprise sales cycles is also critical. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule at the company's in-person work location in Hyderabad.,
