Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement outreach strategies tailored to the unique needs of international clients. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and timely communication. Conduct outreach via email, phone, video calls, and other digital channels. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product to align outreach efforts with business goals. Track the performance of outreach campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Manage a portfolio of international clients, ensuring that communication is effective and objectives are met. Stay up-to-date on global market trends and incorporate these insights into outreach strategies. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, business development, or client management, with a focus on international clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients across various cultural backgrounds. Experience with CRM systems, outreach tools, and analytics platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive attitude and a focus on delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.
