As an Inside Sales Representative at Techior Solutions, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing key potential clients and their requirements. You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up as well as outbound cold calls and emails. It will be your duty to maintain and expand the database of prospects to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients. A significant part of your role will involve performing effective online demos to prospects using applications such as Teamviewer, Zoom, and Anydesk. You will need to respond promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries, providing the necessary information and assistance to potential clients. Negotiating the terms of agreements and successfully closing sales will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in Software Sales. Proven inside sales experience is essential, along with a strong phone presence and the ability to make a high volume of cold calls daily. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as strong listening and presentation abilities. Desired skills for this position include proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, online demonstrations, and B2B sales/inside sales.
