Job Description

The Sales position requires you to collect and understand business requirements, interact with the Operation Team to ensure clarity of requirements, and build awareness of our services and offerings to generate revenue. You will be responsible for introducing our products and services to potential customers, cold calling and prospecting for new business, following up on leads, and establishing solid business relationships with companies. Additionally, maintaining a prospect list, reporting results, and writing proposals are essential tasks. Meeting new business sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis and analyzing the growth of existing companies to generate reports are part of your responsibilities. Developing long-term relationships to expand the client base, building referral and lead generation networks, and working closely with the Implementation team to ensure delivery are also key aspects of the role. We are seeking self-driven individuals with strong determination and a relentless ambition to excel consistently. The ideal candidate should be a graduate or MBA with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Freshers or trainees in IT/software sales with good IT knowledge and exceptional selling skills are encouraged to apply. You should possess good convincing and interpersonal abilities, excellent selling skills, and the capability to emphasize product features based on customer needs analysis. A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and the ability to join immediately are essential for this role.
