Role Description This is a full time opportunity for a Software Quality Assurance Tester at Growth Loops Technology. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as test execution, software quality analysis, and ensuring quality assurance for software products. This position is on-site and located in the Greater Kolkata Area. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform functional, regression, performance, and automated testing. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, collaborating with developers to resolve them. Ensure software quality through manual and automated testing. Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and define test strategies. Enhance and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Conduct API and database testing to validate back-end functionality. Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
