Software Leader As a Software Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical teams in the software engineering and development field. With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with advanced certifications in technologies such as Java, AWS, and AI/ML, you will bring over 12 years of experience to the role. Your expertise will include managing large teams across multiple technologies and domains, particularly within the Healthcare industry. Your technical skills will encompass deep expertise in technologies like Java, C#, AWS Cloud, Data Science & AI, and UI/Angular, with a strong understanding of healthcare domain standards and regulations. You will exhibit exceptional people management skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring teams, and possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships within the organization. Your responsibilities as a Software Leader will include leading, inspiring, and managing a team of technology experts, fostering a high-performance culture, guiding the adoption of best practices in software engineering, and collaborating with business units to ensure seamless project execution. You will also be instrumental in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team. This role may require working onsite at least 3 days per week, contributing to Philips" mission as a health technology company that aims to provide quality healthcare to all.
