Job Information Work Experience 5-8 years City Hyderabad Country India Job Description Requirements Key Responsibilities: Administration of Power BI: Administrate, manage and maintain the Power BI environments, including workspaces, datasets, and reports. Ensure optimal performance and availability of Power BI services. Implement and enforce security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality. Monitor system usage and performance; and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Knowledge of Azure : Azure Entra, Azure Dev ops, Azure Subscriptions. Proven experience in raising the concerns and incidents with Microsoft for fast resolution and implementing the new approaches for efficient administration. Good to have knowledge on both On premises and Cloud environments. Good to have work exposure on migration projects (Optional). User Support (Together with our Power BI community called the guild): Provide technical support and guidance to Power BI users across the organization. Assist users in creating and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards. Contribute to / facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency in Power BI. Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for Power BI usage. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with key users to increase the maturity of the company related to Power BI usage. Communicate effectively with users to gather feedback and continuously improve Power BI services. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations; and participate in the asset lifecycle management. Share expertise: increase the knowledge and expertise of our team regarding the Power BI landscape Other activities: you will be involved in other support activities offered by our team like support on tableau as an example. Your main scope remains Power BI . Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 Years of experience in Power BI administration and user support Proven experience in Power BI administration and user support. Strong understanding of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query. Knowledge of Azure. Certification(s) in Power BI. Experience with SQL and other data visualization tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Shows strong ownership, pro-activity, makes propositions and can defend own point of view / position in a respectful manner.,
