The Role We're seeking a Software Engineer to join our Pune team and play a crucial role in developing our AI Products. About Acai Travel Acai Travel, a VC backed company is revolutionizing the travel industry with AI-driven technology. Currently in the seed stage with ~$4M raised, weve gained significant traction with leading brands like hopper.com, kiwi.com, and lastminute.com. Led by the Ex-Head of Artificial Intelligence at American Express GBT (Biggest Business Travel company in the world) and Ex-Head of Engineering at Manomano (French Unicorn); were on a mission to transform how the travel industry operates. Acai has teams in New York, USA and Barcelona, Spain. Key Responsibilities Build and optimize backend services using Typescript + Node.JS Collaborate on full-stack feature development, from database to user interface Implement efficient data processing and integration solutions Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices Required Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field from a reputed institute 3+ years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in Typescript + Node.JS Familiarity with standard algorithms and data structures Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Strong communication skills in English Desired Skills Experience with SOAP, XML, Rest API integrations and implementation.
