Strong technical background Develop own and peers skills and be a mentor to junior peers, to build T-shaped team. Must haves 4 to 7 Years of relevant experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices Development. Strong hands-on experience in development and testing using microservice/lightweight containers & frameworks such as Spring Boot Programming languages: Java 8+ (Strong) / Javascript Knowledge of design patterns Understands CI/CD process and has experience with at least 1 build server ( eg bamboo, gitlab ci, jenkins etc ) Understands version control and various branching strategies (what are the issues/benefits following particular branching strategies) Experience in AWS: serverless computing (lambda, stepfunctions , Glue), RDS, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, sns, kinesis experience with SQL and NoSQL DBs Desirable Programming languages: Python, JavaScript/Nodejs Docker / K8 / Containerisation tech APIGEE or Nginx or similar API gateway experience Observability tools - New relic, S plunk, Datadog, ELK stack etc Experience in production support,
