Role Overview: The Lead QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of software products through robust automated testing. This role involves designing and maintaining automated test frameworks, optimizing test automation architecture, and collaborating with Scrum teams to develop and execute comprehensive test cases. Responsibilities: Ensure high-quality testing through both automated methods. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and overall test automation architecture. Design and implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage. Design and implement Jira dashboard and maintain test automation metrics. Support Scrum teams in the design, development, and execution of test cases, ensuring comprehensive testing coverage as per defined completion criteria. Analyze and understand test requirements to align testing efforts with project goals. Develop detailed automation test plans and obtain necessary approvals. Organize, manage, and maintain test automation resources. Create, refine, debug, and execute test scripts to ensure software quality. Ensure the scalability of automation frameworks and facilitate continuous integration across the solution. Document test execution issues and related deliverables to maintain transparency and accountability. Experience working on AI-based products and projects as a Lead QA Engineer is an advantage. Qualifications: 810 years of professional experience in automation testing. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Cypress and JavaScript. Python programming is added advantage. Proven ability to develop automation frameworks from scratch. Proficiency in designing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using Cypress. Experience in REST API testing using Postman and Rest Assured. Strong knowledge of Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, and GIT for continuous integration and version control. Excellent collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with UI tools and browser extensions used in UX testing. Expertise in cross-browser testing and UI design verification. Ability to create essential testing artifacts, including test scenarios, test cases, defect reports, and test summary reports. Experience with AWS is a plus.,
