As a Software Engineer II (Full-stack Developer) at C2FO, you will have the opportunity to be part of a global movement that is disrupting the financial world and changing how businesses access working capital to fuel their growth. With over 4 years of experience and a Bachelor's or higher degree, you will play a pivotal role in creating applications for both internal and external customers, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and operational stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include defining and refining requirements, breaking down work into smaller tasks, and providing accurate estimations. You will take ownership of the codebase, contribute to necessary improvements, and actively seek solutions with a strong focus on understanding the underlying reasons behind the work. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration within the team. You will be comfortable working with technologies such as JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS/AngularJS, HTML, CSS, relational databases, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and cloud services like AWS or GCP. Experience in microservices, event-driven architecture, message queuing, distributed systems, and system design is necessary. Additionally, you should be passionate about testing, code quality, continuous integration, and mentoring other engineers to create a collaborative learning environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with Nest.js, NextJS, ORM tools, Docker, Kubernetes, various databases, Datadog, and building scalable distributed systems. Your commitment to upholding high engineering standards, delivering quality code and documentation, and actively contributing to the team's success will be key to your role at C2FO.
