Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement core components of our Digital Experience Platform (DXP). Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following modern software engineering best practices. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Ensure the codebase adheres to accessibility standards, performance benchmarks, and security guidelines. Perform unit testing, support System Integration Testing (SIT), and troubleshoot production defects. Maintain source code version control and keep technical documentation up to date. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java, Python, or Node.js with proficiency in related web frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Express). Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and system integration patterns. Practical experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
