Job Description

As a Software Developer Engineer II at CSG, you will play a crucial role in developing software applications independently or as part of a team with minimal instruction. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience, along with 3 to 6 years of development experience primarily with Microsoft development tools. Key skills required for this position include C#, .NET, WinForms, web services, and OO design. Additionally, familiarity with C++, MFC, REST API's, and DevExpress would be beneficial. You should demonstrate a strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks, as well as possess knowledge in software development methodologies, processes, design, implementation, and documentation.
