Your role will involve maintaining an accurate software asset inventory using approved systems, coordinating with corporate partners on software modernization and verification efforts, and working with Supervisor and Manager on product roadmaps and vendor discussions. In this role, you will be expected to interpret contract terms and conditions in licensing details, including third party restrictions, platform and location restrictions, multiple core counts, and other technical options. Your ability to read and interpret technical documents and effectively present information for one-on-one and small group situations will be crucial. The Asset Management Analyst is required to maintain effective communication with business partners as well as corporate vendors. Therefore, skills in relationship management, collaboration, attention to detail, customer service, and negotiation are essential for success in this position. Additionally, having ITIL Foundations Certification, ServiceNow, or Flex era experience is preferred. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining asset management databases, exploring opportunities for maximizing IT assets, creating and publishing monthly status inventories, ensuring compliance with key dates of licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts, and monitoring trends in company spending and inventory control. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of ITIL framework or service management practices regarding incidents and requests, financial systems for quotes and ordering of assets, and possess strong Microsoft Excel skills. Furthermore, your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and comprehend non-standard situations will be valuable. This position supports the entire Royal Caribbean Group organization, including all brands, and works closely with Procurement and Supply Chain. The hiring process for this role includes screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round. If you have the required skills in ITIL, ServiceNow, and relevant experience in software asset management, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.,
