As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for working on complex engineering projects, platforms, and marketplaces for our clients using emerging technologies. You will stay ahead of the technology curve and be continuously enabled and trained to be Polyglots. Your primary focus will be on designing and coding, making end-to-end contributions to technology-oriented development projects. You will provide solutions with minimum system requirements in an Agile mode and collaborate with Power Programmers, the Open Source community, and Tech User groups. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in custom development of new platforms and solutions, work on large-scale digital platforms and marketplaces, and tackle complex engineering projects using cloud-native architecture. You will also have the chance to work with innovative Fortune 500 companies in cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will co-create and develop new products and platforms for our clients. You will contribute to Open Source projects and continuously upskill in the latest technology areas. Furthermore, you will be involved in incubating tech user groups to foster innovation and learning within the organization. Required Skills: - Overall experience of 8+ years - Proficiency in Tech Stack including C#, .Net, ADO CI/CD Pipelines, YAML Docker, AWS Lambda - Hands-on experience in .NET framework and C# - Strong knowledge in developing CI/CD pipelines - Experience in designing and architecting .NET applications - Working experience with YAML Docker - Provide technical leadership to development squads in terms of design, reusability, performance, and best practices - Strong knowledge in AWS - Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks - Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through debugging and root cause analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions - Review tech deliverables of the team and guide/coach the team on best practices Location: Pune/Bangalore Join us in this exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented individuals, and make a significant impact in the technology space.,
