Job Description
As an experienced candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for providing Software Application Support at Level 3. Your qualifications should include a degree in B.Tech (CS), MCA, B.E. (CS), MSc. (CS/Phy/Math/Stat/OR/Econ), or PGD (CS). You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of expertise in supporting software applications and resolving complex technical issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring the smooth functioning of software applications at an advanced level. Additionally, you will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of software support processes.
