Job Role & Responsibilities As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for: Conducting training sessions on: Communication & Public Speaking Interpersonal Skills Leadership & Teamwork Body Language & Presentation Time Management & Professional Etiquette Training school students, college students, and working professionals across various age groups Designing interactive learning activities and lesson plans as per Chatterbox curriculum Providing constructive feedback and tracking student progress Conducting mock sessions, speech practices, group discussions, and storytelling activities Participating in orientation days, finale events, and live workshops Key Requirements Excellent command over English and Hindi (spoken & written) Passion for teaching, mentoring, and public speaking Confident personality with a creative, energetic approach to training Ability to engage and connect with students of different age groups Prior training or Toastmasters experience preferred (not mandatory) Graduation in any field (preferably with certifications in training/communication) Skills: assessment,coaching,soft skills,english communication,training,public speaking,presentation skills,business communication,interpersonal skills,english,personality development,communication skills,communication training,
