Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for Creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, engaging social media content development, implementing digital marketing strategies, and effectively communicating with the target audience. Conduct market research to identify trends, develop customer personas, and understand competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies Content creation: You'll create compelling and engaging content such as text posts, images, videos, and infographics to attract and engage the target audience The content should align with the brand's voice and values Social media management: You'll manage the brand's social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring mentions and conversations about the brand Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Content Creation skills Knowledge of typography & colour palettes Strong communication skills Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly Knowledge of SEO and UI/UX principles Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field,
