Sr Media Manager - Beauty Remote job
We are looking for an creative, data-driven, and dynamic Social Media Manager to drive brand awareness for our beauty brands (
https://thespadr.com/ and https://revelbeauty.com/ ) and growth by creating high-volume, viral content in the beauty and wellness space. This role will lead the conversation on engaging and educational wellness and skincare, empowering women to feel their best—inside and out. Through dynamic social channels, we share clean, thoughtful content that promotes self-care, celebrates all stages of life, and supports women in navigating age-related changes with a holistic approach to wellness.
General Accountabilities
Lead the creation and execution of platform-native strategies to drive brand awareness, performance, and channel differentiation, ensuring consistency across all Trafilea and brand-specific social handles
Generate bold, trend-driven content ideas that resonate with platform culture (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.), focusing on UGC-style storytelling, virality, and community-building loops to accelerate growth and engagement
Own a modular, real-time content calendar adapted to seasonal, cultural, and platform shifts—defining each channel’s voice, role, and publishing rhythm, including satellite and community-driven profiles
Track and analyze channel-specific KPIs weekly and monthly. Extract actionable insights to optimize performance through testing, iteration, and data-driven experimentation
Collaborate with creators and ambassadors to boost reach and authenticity. Own and grow the Brand Ambassador Program—recruiting, activating, and engaging talent via social-first initiatives
Lead the relaunch and growth of the brand’s TikTok, YouTube, and Podcast content strategy—building high-impact content pillars and creative formats that increase relevance and reach
Partner with the Customer Care team for aligned brand tone. Join weekly tactical meetings with Social Media and Brand teams. Proactively monitor trends to keep the brand culturally relevant and top-of-mind
