Job Title: Social Media Manager

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Job Description:
- Strategy Development & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy that aligns with business goals, engages the target audience, and promotes brand awareness.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-appropriate content (including text, graphics, photos, videos, and stories) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, You Tube, Pinterest, Google My Business etc.
- Video Editing and Uploading of Content: Create and develop high-quality, engaging, and brand-appropriate videos
- Content Management: Create and manage content, text, footage and videos for the Social Media across various platforms
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all Social Media platforms in a timely and professional manner to build a positive brand image.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms, optimizing for performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all Social Media platforms, adhering to brand voice, style, and guidelines.
- Co- Founders Social Media Pages Creating and Managing Content and Engagement on the Founders Social Media pages.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion rates. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Competitor Research, Information and reports.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep the brands social presence fresh and engaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing agencies to achieve the desired reach for the brand.
