Budget- 13k-30k Social Media+ Copywriter: Understand and deeply analyze client requirements and goals to effectively align the team with the needed strategies. Experience in content and copywriting. Make sure to stay updated with the latest trends in social media and get behind the team to execute them, as and when needed Take responsibility and accountability for the team members and duly prepare and present the social media strategies. Take extra care and caution in the quality control and assurance in the ongoing digital marketing projects Devise and lead innovative plans to meet client objectives and drive successful outcomes. Monitor and guide the digital marketing team and foster a nurturing and collaborative environment. Stay updated with reports, analyze growth metrics, and derive actionable insights. Periodically conduct meeting rounds and submit the performance insights to the core members and stakeholders in the EOD reports Continuously brainstorm creative ideas and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Market digital products online and offline, from print materials to campaigns. Utilize digital marketing strategies for various products, leveraging online ads and viral campaigns. Complete necessary sheets and reports for seamless campaign management and execution. Present updates and reports to core team members, facilitating collaborative insights. Enhance social media efforts, striving to improve KPIs such as engagement and reach.,
