As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Social Media Strategy. Your key tasks will include defining the most important social media KPIs, managing and developing Social Media Content, and measuring the success of every Social Media Campaign. It will be essential for you to stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and Technologies to ensure the effectiveness of our social media efforts. Additionally, you will be required to track and analyze SEO to provide effective solutions for content optimization. Recognizing and endorsing projects that can lead to the goals and progress of the company campaigns will also be a part of your role. Your responsibilities will involve conducting research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, designing and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with business goals, and setting specific objectives while reporting on ROI. Furthermore, you will be expected to generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, which includes original text, photos, videos, and news. Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics, collaborating with other teams like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency, and communicating with followers by responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews will also be crucial aspects of your job. Overseeing social media accounts design, such as Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work.,
