Job Summary: We are looking for someone who will be creative and should take in charge of overseeing all social media platforms, team members, customer engagement initiatives, and are responsible for producing content that promotes their business and draws in customers satisfaction. Must be self-motivated with at least 1-2 years of professional work experience.

Responsibilities:
1.  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating their goals, requirements, and expectations for social media campaigns and projects.
2. Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with their business objectives and target audience.
3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client industries, competitors, and target markets to identify opportunities and recommend effective social media approaches.
4. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion of social media projects.
5. Coordinate with internal teams, such as content creators, designers, and account managers, to successfully implement social media campaigns and projects.
6. Oversee the day-to-day execution of social media projects, including content creation, scheduling, and community management, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
7. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
8. Continuously optimize social media campaigns through testing and iteration of different content formats, targeting strategies, and ad placements.
9. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively educating clients on industry developments and opportunities.
10. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering recommendations and guidance on social media strategies, content ideas, and campaign optimization.
11. Manage client expectations, address concerns or issues, and deliver excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships.
12. Stay informed about relevant legal and ethical considerations in social media marketing, ensuring compliance with client-specific guidelines and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role, demonstrating success in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and adapt tone and style for different platforms.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices for social media optimization.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
