Job Description

Location- Mumbai, Mira Road (WFO)
Experience- Fresher
Notice period- Immediate
Budget- 1.80-2.40 LPA
Interview process- 1 telephonic + 1 F2F
Skills needed- communication skills, social media marketing editing, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar), social media analytical tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar).
Working days- 6 days working

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals, with a strong focus on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with content team to develop and prepare monthly calendar and visual appeal to the content.
- Convert content to visual graphics and videos as well curate content from time to time
- Ability to record and edit videos for content engaging content on platforms.
- Edit and produce video content for YouTube, ensuring high-quality and engaging videos that showcase our expertise.
- Engage with our social media audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster an online community that values learning and development.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Freshers are open with social media experience (1-2 yrs preferred)
- Solid understanding of social media principles, technologies, and best practices, with a focus on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram.
- Good writing, editing, and communication skills,
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar.
- Experience in using social media analytical tools, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar is added advantage.
- Passion for learning and development, with an interest in creating content that inspires learning, growth, and development.
