The role involves engaging audiences on various platforms such as online forums, social media, and more to connect with a diverse range of individuals. You will be responsible for setting, planning, and executing social media and communication campaigns and strategies. Creating compelling text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts is a key part of the role. Additionally, building strong relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists is essential. Keeping abreast of digital technology trends is also crucial in this position.
