As a Social Media Strategist/Manager, your responsibilities will include developing engaging social media strategies, managing the organization's social media platforms, scheduling posts, engaging followers with updates, creating brand awareness, overseeing teamwork, responding to comments in a timely manner, creating paid social media campaigns, monitoring metrics and ROI, analyzing trends, preparing reports, optimizing content, coordinating with team members, and staying updated with the latest social media advertising efforts. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven work experience as a social media strategist or manager. You must demonstrate an understanding of engagement metrics and KPIs, possess excellent research skills for social media strategy, be familiar with scheduling platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer, and have strong communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to write engaging content, handle qualitative and quantitative reporting, exhibit a sense of ownership, be a team player, and a quick learner.
