Job Title: Account Manager (Digital Marketing) / Client Servicing Manager Location: Noida Sector 116 Employment Type: Full-Time Experience required: 35 years (preferably with a digital marketing or brand management agency) Role Overview: At Sociapa we are seeking a proactive, client-focused Account Manager (Digital Marketing) / Client Servicing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing digital marketing projects end-to-end, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns aligned with client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand client goals, brand positioning, and market dynamics to craft effective digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, content, and performance) to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring complete client satisfaction. Present campaign plans, reports, and performance insights to clients in a clear and professional manner. Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business expansion through up-selling and cross-selling services. Resolve client concerns with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring trust and transparency at every stage. Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices to add strategic value to client accounts. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 35 years of hands-on experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content Creation, and Branding. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strategic thinking ability with a keen eye for detail and quality delivery. Preferred Experience: Prior experience managing clients in industries like FMCG, Healthcare, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. High degree of professionalism, organization, and accountability.
