SOC Delivery Manager -  JOB Description

1. Manage Aujas South region clients and team of security analysts and incident handlers who provide 24x7x365 security monitoring and incident response functions
2. Develop and deliver long term roadmap strategies
3. Assist with the development of processes and procedures to improve security operations functions, incident response times, analysis of incidents, and overall, SOC functions
4. Research industry trends, identify ongoing security threats, analyse new security testing tools, and provide recommendations on the need and usefulness of services and/or products
5. Effectively communicate security concepts with both technical and non-technical individuals
6. Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
7. Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
8. Review financial reports to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations.
9. Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
10. Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
11. Analyse and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
12. Assist in creation of security standards, policies, and procedures.
13. Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
14. Collect and analyse security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
15. Mentor and provide career development of security operations centre team
