Job Description

You are a Senior Network Engineer (L3) with over 8 years of experience looking to join SHI | LOCUZ in Hyderabad. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures within a Managed Services setup. Your key responsibilities will include designing and deploying scalable and secure network solutions, installing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-level network hardware/software, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network performance at L3 level, ensuring network availability and security for critical systems, collaborating with L1/L2 support teams and OEM/vendor support, maintaining documentation for all network changes and configurations, working closely with internal IT and security teams, and staying updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices. The technical skills required for this role include expertise in at least two L3 level technologies such as Cisco Security / Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Aruba, Sophos, Fortinet, and Juniper / Mist (preferred). It is essential to have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in network engineering, hands-on experience in a Managed Services environment, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, willingness to work in 24x7 support shifts, and excellent communication and coordination abilities. Preferred certifications for this position include CCNP, PCNSE, NSE, Fortinet, Aruba Certified, or similar.
