Role : AI/ML Engineer Exp : 4-7 Years Location : Nagpur/remote Job Description We are looking for a talented and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our growing data science team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and model deployment, with a passion for solving complex real-world problems using AI. Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various use cases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify AI-driven solutions Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve as needed Optimize and scale models for performance, accuracy, and real-time inference Deploy ML models into production environments using CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices Document model architecture, data flow, and performance reports Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and related technologies Strong experience with Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch Proficiency in data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection techniques Hands-on experience with deep learning architectures: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc. Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting is a plus Familiarity with ML pipelines, model versioning, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.) Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for model training and deployment Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases for data retrieval and storage (ref:hirist.tech),
