Job Description
Proven experience with Smart Communications (SmartComm) platform, including working with SmartComm Designer, SmartComm Messaging, and SmartComm Architect. Strong knowledge of software development principles and methodologies. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or XML. Experience in creating templates and designing customer-facing communication documents. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve issues in complex environments. Experience with system integration and API connections, particularly with CRM or ERP systems. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, internal teams, and business stakeholders. Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and multi-channel communication best practices.
