As a Process Analyst at WM, you will work on various processes and sub-processes to achieve daily targets with high efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for offering process recommendations to improve efficiencies and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize knowledge of MS Office and its basic functions to enhance daily processing efficiency and accuracy. - Develop and maintain working relationships with team members. - Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements. - Resolve problem invoices with a sense of urgency. - Follow standard procedures and incorporate new procedures into daily routines. - Maintain professional and productive relations with internal customers. Qualifications: Education/Experience: - Education: Any graduate except B.Tech & BE freshers. - Experience: 0 - 5 years of experience in BPO, KPO from backend support, customer support, or operations. Work Environment: - Utilize motor coordination with finger dexterity during tasks like keyboarding and machine operation. - Occasionally handle objects weighing less than 30 pounds. - Rare exposure to physical occupational risks like cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals. - Rare exposure to elements such as dirt, odors, noise, or weather extremes. - The normal setting for this job is an office environment.
