Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist to join our team at Radiance Clinic. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performing skin treatments and a strong understanding of skin care procedures. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to patients seeking aesthetic and dermatological treatments. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of non-invasive skin treatments (peels, medi-facials, lasers, hydrafacial, etc.) as per protocols Assist dermatologists during procedures and pre/post-procedure care Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments under supervision Maintain hygiene and sterilization protocols at all times Manage inventory of skincare products and consumables Counsel patients about skincare regimens and treatment plans Document treatments and maintain patient records accurately Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during all sessions Attend training sessions and stay updated with new procedures and technologies Requirements: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field Prior experience in a dermatology/aesthetic clinic preferred Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality Good understanding of skin types, conditions, and cosmetic procedures Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic protocols and new technologies Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language is a plus What We Offer: Attractive salary with incentives Hands-on training under expert dermatologists Opportunities for growth in a fast-evolving aesthetic practice Friendly and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
