Job Description

The key responsibilities for this position include: - Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): Stop work and report any major injury hazards promptly. Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment. Correct hazards within your control and capabilities. Engage in HSE Training. - Quality: Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship. Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis. Perform work using various tools, measuring and testing instruments. Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system. Follow all process documentation and quality procedures. - Delivery: Perform skilled activities expected by roles. Repair and maintain equipment. Perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Work with peers to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes. - Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the team and support staff. Complete training in line with business requirements. Participate actively in continuous improvement activities.
