Job Description

You are expected to have 4-9 years of experience and be located in Gurugram, Haryana, working in a Day Shift from Monday to Friday. As a Sitecore Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing Sitecore solutions to enhance the digital presence and improve user engagement. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Sitecore-based websites and applications, customizing and extending Sitecore functionality, collaborating with UX/UI designers, gathering and analyzing requirements for projects, troubleshooting and resolving issues, optimizing website performance, and ensuring security best practices. You will also need to create and maintain documentation, participate in code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, proven experience in Sitecore development (Sitecore XP and Sitecore MVC), strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET, familiarity with Sitecore tools, front-end technologies, web development best practices, SEO, and accessibility standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Preferred skills include Sitecore certification, experience with cloud platforms like Azure, knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
